Mats, dumbbells, bands, or water bottles. It is safer to bring in your own if you have to train indoors with others.

Using shared equipment such as weights, cardio machines, mats that are not cleaned before and after use may increase your risk of Covid-19 infection. Avoid touching your mouth, nose, and eyes throughout your workout.
