The aerobic aspect improves the cardiorespiratory endurance and the energetic dance moves tone the entire upper body, tightens and sheds fat around the core and the whole lower body group of muscles.

It is a fun filled way of discovering current afro dance moves that stem from our rich traditional and the contemporary (current) styles.
